	Employment Opportunity Job Title: Beverage Application Technologist
	Position Details: •Responsible for utilizing current flavors and working closely with flavorists to develop target beverage matrix and applications to customer specifications •Requires strong analytical skills and strict attention to detail and complete knowledge of the Beverage Industry and formulation of beverages •Complete understanding of chemicals used in beverages •Ability to perform analytical quality control tests •Prepare taste tests to support flavor applications •Entry qualifications include a BS degree in Food Science or Food Chemistry or related field and at least 5 years of beverage chemistry experience •Applicants should contact me at sbiggs@mothermurphys.com Sherry M.
